Completed commercial training, preferably with relevant professional experience in sales

A feel for numbers and an interest in detailed work

Confident handling of MS Office, especially MS Excel

Experience in working with ERP systems, ideally SAGE100

Independent and cross-departmental work

Independent and solution-oriented way of working

Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
Your tasks:
-
Actively contacting and supporting existing customers from the “Good Customers” and “Long Tail Customers” segment
-
Processing and telephone support for partner customers
-
Receipt and preparation of RFQs (Request for Quotation)
-
Preparation and follow-up of offers incl. calculation
-
Maintenance of the CRM system incl. customer master data, follow-ups and reminder tasks
-
Close cooperation with the sales force to ensure consistent customer communication & follow-up of appointments
-
First point of contact for incoming customer inquiries
-
Creation of bonus statements, evaluations, price lists
-
Ensure availability of product master data for wholesalers
