The BAT BREAKER is the only ready-to-connect solution on the market that can utilize the full charging and discharging power of high-performance inverters such as the Fronius VERTO PLUS. While BYD’s own solution stops at 40A, the BAT BREAKER delivers a continuous rated current of 50A – with peak values of up to 98A. This allows the full potential of the storage technology to be utilized.

Instead of conventional fuses, enwitec uses high-quality, all-pole circuit breakers with 1000V DC rated voltage. These offer thermal and magnetic fast tripping and can be safely operated by anyone in an emergency. Each battery string is protected separately and with all-pole protection – for maximum personal safety and easy maintenance.

The wall-mountable box (protection class II) can be operated by laypersons, is CE-compliant and meets the requirements of EN 61439. Up to three BYD battery towers can be connected in parallel – quickly, safely and without complex configuration.
