Description

Your tasks

  • Development and implementation of the entire sales strategy based on the enwitec Sales Concept
  • Focus: EPC & project planner customer group
  • Building trust with partner customers through regular appointments
  • Annual “roadshow” at the most important 20% of the customer portfolio with KAM
  • Responsibility for achieving the budget and sales targets of all sales units
  • Management and further development of KAMs and internal sales staff
  • Development of market penetration measures with system partners and strategic customers
  • Close cooperation with product management, marketing and management for the strategic development of the product portfolio
  • Monitoring and analysis of KPIs, forecasts and customer value analysis

Professional knowledge and skills

  • Several years of experience in a senior sales role, ideally in a B2B environment with an international focus
  • Industry knowledge in the PV / renewable energies / electrical industry as well as in cooperation with EPC and project planners desirable
  • Proven success in sales development, key account management and lead generation
  • Ideally experience in working with CRM systems
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Leadership and teamwork skills
  • Structured, independent, customer- and goal-oriented way of working
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English; ideally basic knowledge of Italian
  • Willingness to travel internationally
