Description

Professional knowledge and skills

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical studies or a comparable qualification

  • Relevant professional experience with proven success in sales and customer service

  • Experience/knowledge in the field of renewable energies

  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and persuasiveness

  • Ability to analyze customer needs and market potential

  • Independent and goal-oriented way of working

  • Pleasant, confident demeanor, high customer orientation, reliability and engaging manners

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel for customer visits and trade fairs, valid car driver’s license

  • Very good knowledge of Italian, good knowledge of German, further foreign language skills (e.g. Spanish) are very welcome

Your tasks

  • Support and expansion of partner customers in Italy/good customers on a long-term basis,

  • Acquisition of new customers, support of warm leads

  • Creation and implementation of customized sales strategies and 5-year growth plans

  • Develop Partner Strategy Map with customers

  • Develop partner sales map with customers

  • Carrying out customer analyses (e.g. customer value analyses according to turnover, potential, market position)

  • Interface to internal departments such as R&D, product management, project management

  • Creation and implementation of short product presentations, presentation of the portfolio to customers

  • Active involvement in co-developments (medium to long-term innovation projects)

  • Building long-term customer relationships at management level
