Successfully completed commercial or technical studies or a comparable qualification

Relevant professional experience with proven success in sales and customer service

Experience/knowledge in the field of renewable energies

Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and persuasiveness

Pleasant, confident demeanor, high customer orientation, reliability and engaging manners

Flexibility and willingness to travel for customer visits and trade fairs, valid car driver’s license

Very good knowledge of Italian, good knowledge of German, further foreign language skills (e.g. Spanish) are very welcome
Your tasks

Support and expansion of partner customers in Italy/good customers on a long-term basis,

Acquisition of new customers, support of warm leads
-
Creation and implementation of customized sales strategies and 5-year growth plans

Develop Partner Strategy Map with customers

Develop partner sales map with customers

Carrying out customer analyses (e.g. customer value analyses according to turnover, potential, market position)

Interface to internal departments such as R&D, product management, project management
-
Creation and implementation of short product presentations, presentation of the portfolio to customers

Active involvement in co-developments (medium to long-term innovation projects)

Building long-term customer relationships at management level
